What if I purchase the ring more than 90 days before the wedding and I would like to return it?
The 90-day return policy commences on your wedding day. Kindly provide a copy of your marriage certificate or a receipt confirming your wedding date when initiating the return process.

For resizing due to fit issues, you have 120 days to exchange your ring for a new size, and we'll provide a second ring at no additional cost. It's important to note that the 90-day return and 120-day ring exchange periods commence after your wedding day. To initiate the exchange, please provide a receipt or invoice from your wedding day for confirmation.

Rest assured, our wood rings are crafted with 100% real wood. To maintain quality, we conduct random samples, including cutting open rings, from every 25 produced to verify the authenticity of the wood.

What gives the color to the tungsten rings?
We employ the ion plating process, similar to renowned brands like Apple, Callaway, and Rolex. This special process enhances durability, stability, and hardness, making our rings more resilient to scratches and bumps. Ion plating ensures long-lasting quality and minimizes the likelihood of fading.
Can tungsten rings be removed in emergency situations?
Tungsten rings can typically be removed in emergency situations. Hospitals and emergency responders commonly have special tools for ring removal, and the process is similar to removing other rings, including solid gold ones. Tungsten rings can also be safely broken off with pliers under sufficient pressure. Some experts suggest that wearing tungsten rings is safer, as they are more likely to break or shatter under high pressure compared to solid gold rings, which may bend and potentially cause more harm.

What is your warranty?
Our lifetime warranty ensures replacement at no cost within the first year if your ring is damaged. You only need to cover the shipping cost for the return.
What if my ring is damaged after a year?
After the first year, if your ring becomes damaged, we offer replacement for a small deductible of $45. This provides you with a brand new ring, and there's no limit on how many times you can use the warranty.
What rings does your warranty cover?
Our warranty applies to all our rings. Please note that the warranty does not cover lost rings.
What if it's a wedding ring?
For wedding ring purchases, the warranty begins on your wedding day. To activate the warranty, kindly provide a copy of your marriage certificate or a receipt confirming your wedding date.
